Shipping and delivery policy
Orders are packed discreetly with no branding on the outer box. Most orders leave within one business day of payment landing, and tracking is emailed automatically as soon as the label is created.

Delivery speeds
- Regular delivery usually lands in two to five business days after dispatch.
- Overnight delivery is dispatched the same business day when payment clears before the daily cut off, otherwise the next business day.
- Free regular delivery applies automatically at checkout once your cart passes the threshold above.
Minimum order
Checkout is locked until your cart reaches the minimum order value shown above. The cart tells you exactly how much more is needed, and the total updates as you add items.
Addresses we can serve
We cannot ship to addresses where these products are restricted. If your address cannot be served we cancel and refund in full, with no restocking charge.
Lost or delayed parcels
Carrier delays happen. If tracking has not moved for five business days, contact us with your order number and we open a trace. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded once the carrier closes the claim.
Delivery checks
Someone 21 or over must receive the parcel. We may ask for identification before dispatch. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus the delivery cost already incurred.
