Returns and refund policy

We want the device you paid for to work exactly as it should. This page sets out when a return or refund applies and how to start one.

Returns window

Sealed, unopened devices can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The seal and the authenticity panel must be intact. Return delivery is paid by the buyer unless the return is caused by our error.

Faulty hardware

Faulty hardware is replaced once verified. Send your order number, the authenticity code and a short video showing the fault. Verified faults are replaced at no cost, including delivery.

What we cannot accept

  • Opened or used devices, for health and safety reasons.
  • Devices with a missing, damaged or already redeemed authenticity code.
  • Wholesale cases that have been opened or split.
  • Returns started more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back through the same payment method you used, normally within three business days of the return arriving or the fault being verified. Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before payment is marked received. After dispatch the return rules above apply.

Starting a return

Message us through the contact page with your order number and what went wrong. We reply with return instructions and an address. Do not send anything back before you have those instructions.
