How do I verify a Muha Meds?
Scratch the panel on the back of the box and enter the code on our verification page. A genuine code returns a single match. If it fails, stop using the device and send us a photo of the packaging.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Checkout unlocks once your cart reaches the minimum shown below, and delivery is free once you pass the free delivery threshold.

How long does delivery take?
Regular delivery is packed the next business day after payment clears and usually lands in two to five business days. Overnight orders placed before cut off ship the same business day.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Chime, Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash App. Place your order first and we message you the payment details and the exact amount to send.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is held as pending until the transfer lands. As soon as we mark it paid you get a confirmation and tracking follows with the label.
Can I order wholesale?
Yes. Use the wholesale enquiry page and tell us the generations, flavours and case counts you need. We quote within one business day.
What if something arrives faulty?
Contact us within 14 days with your order number, the authenticity code and a short video of the fault. Verified hardware faults are replaced.
